Pay deposit - You will need to pay a deposit, the cost of which will vary dependent on the kit value. 
This is refunded in full upon the safe return of the kit.

Delivery - Equipment will be dispatched on a next-day courier service, delivered to your chosen address. 

Check the equipment - All kit is thoroughly checked before dispatch, but for peace of mind, we ask that you check everything is present and correct upon receipt.

Return the kit - Pack everything up using the return labels provided.  Your equipment will be collected via courier on an all-day service.  Don't worry, we'll send you reminder emails!  Just hand the kit to the courier or drop it off at a pre-arranged location.
