The 10-25mm lens includes three aspherical lenses and four ED (Extra-low Dispersion) lenses, effectively reducing axial chromatic aberration and chromatic aberration of magnification. Aspherical lenses also correct spherical aberration and distortion, ensuring exceptional resolution. Through the use of aspherical lenses and optimal lens system design, the lens achieves remarkable optical performance in a compact, lightweight form.

With a maximum 240-fps high-speed sensor drive, this lens achieves rapid, precise autofocus, particularly excelling in video recording. Its inner focus drive system ensures silent operation, while the step-less aperture ring and micro-step drive system allow seamless adjustment to changes in brightness during zooming or panning. The optical design prioritises barycentric stability, minimizing image shifts during zooming. A focus clutch mechanism enables instant AF/MF switching and accurate manual focusing. Additionally, this 10-25mm lens suppresses focus breathing, a common issue in interchangeable lenses designed for still photography.
